When you need a good puukko knife or you want to give one as a gift Rautarasa has designed a gracefully shaped hand fitting model for you. Now you could make your own version by combinig wood(s) you prefer into a blade of your choice and naming the seath.

A hand crafted knife is an appreciated and durable gift. Everyone needs a good knife at some point and it's not harm to own more than one. Furthermore you are participating in preserving traditional Finnish hand crafting skills.

Gracefully curved lines of the handle have been born by the trial and error searching for distinguishable and yet ergonomic shape with a good grip. Traditional design is used in the spine side profile of the handle. The blade can be chosen from four lengths and from traditional carbon steel or stainless steel, with or without polishing. These puukko knives are not available anywhere else.
