When Rautarasa has received the order, the customer service will contact the customer via email at which time the order will be finally confirmed and the customer will get more information about delivery time.
The customer will receive the payment instructions via email by request or at the latest when the product has been finished. The customer may pay the order immediately after they have received the payment instructions or after the product has been finished at which time the customer will be informed that with pictures of the finished product. The product will be sent to the customer when Rautarasa has received the payment entirely. Knives with the named seath the sheath will be made after Rautarasa has received payment entirely.

We deliver to European union via postal parcel.
In Finland products will be shipped via parcel, matkahuolto or ärräpaketti from which Rautarasa will send a tracking code to subscriber.
